Shell Eco Marathon

Shell Eco Marathon, a very exciting and experience-rich event for kids, will be held the 2^nd time at Sepang International Circuit, Kuala Lumpur this year from 6th to 9th July 2011. The Shell Eco Marathon challenges high school and college student teams from around the world to design, build and test energy efficient vehicles. With annual events in the Americas, Europe and Asia, the winners are the teams that go the farthest distance using the least amount of energy.

We had been to this event for once last year and we are looking forward to this year event again. There are many exciting types of vehicles including solar-powered design etc. Kids will enjoy seeing them competing on the race track.

Note that this is not an event held annually in KL, hence do not miss this year’s event. More details:
